Layout machine

MµTOS is a premium CNC layout machine. It was designed especially for huge measuring volumes and you can only use it as a CNC machine. Because of the solid machine concept, the mounted-on roller bearings precision guidance, the high-definition scale system and the powerful drive engineering the MµTOS owns a maximum on performance and accuracy. Depending on the design of the Z-axes (height) we can deliver the MµTOS in two guidance widths. That is why we can guarantee the high accuracy in the Y-axes, even with a huge measuring range. A ground level installation with traversable covers enables an optimal accessibility to big measuring objects. The MµTOS can be used in an environment close to the production because of the complete capsuled guide tracks. Application areas are e. g. design, automobile industry, supplying industry, tool manufacture, mould construction and jig manufacturing.

Measuring ranges and accuracy

Accuracy: 20 + l/100 < 60

The stated accuracy true for the smallest measuring range and for a surrounding temperature of 20° C. Special sizes and special accuracies available on request.
